Connections - The Plan Within Your Strategic Plan

Successful K-12 Foundations have one thing in common. Everyone is on board and rowing in the same direction. A well-oiled "crew" - like a team of rowers gliding through smooth water.

We focus a lot on the challenges of FUNDRAISING and community support. The true key to success for school foundations seems to rest in the alignment of the school board, district administration, foundation board members, staff, donors, and last but never least, the students we serve. School foundation management takes "herding cats" to new heights but it is well worth it.

Whether your goals are modest or monstrous, a strategic plan within your plan will ensure that you have the right crew rowing in the same direction toward success and smooth sailing!
