Randall Hallett, CFRE, JD, MBA, BS- has spent his entire career in fundraising. He is the Executive Vice President of The Gobel Group, a national consulting firm that specializes in healthcare philanthropy. Prior, Randall led Development Offices for private Catholic schools in Kansas City, MO, and St. Paul, MN, before accepting his role as the Chief Development Officer at The Nebraska Medical Center. In his career, Randall has overseen all aspects of external relations including physician engagement, concierge programs, annual giving, planned giving, marketing, special events, donor relations, admissions, public relations, alumni associations and three successful capital campaigns totaling $575 million dollars. Randall also loves education—he has a bachelor’s degree in business/finance, an MBA, and a law degree where his personal emphasis was on taxation issues of estates and trusts. He is currently writing his dissertation for an Education Doctorate (Ed.D.). His dissertation topic is a national study of major fundraising success at the high school/elementary level in public schools called “49’ers of the 21st Century—seeking the “gold standard” in public secondary educational fundraising.”
