Where in the world is our foundation headed? The road to success involves deliberate planning with strategic initiatives. Strategic planning provides an opportunity for a foundation to learn about who it is, where it wants to go and how it will get there. Developing and implementing a strategic plan will make your organization more effective at programming, operations and fundraising.
Participants will learn the key elements of a strategic plan and how to implement a strategic planning process for their organization. If you don’t know where you are going, how will you know when you get there?
